Endometriosis, Unexplained Infertility and More
Endometriosis and unexplained infertility are among the most frustrating diagnoses a person can receive — one is often undertreated, the other offers no clear answers at all. This forum is a place to share your experience, ask questions, and find others who understand what it means to navigate a diagnosis that is complicated, misunderstood, or simply incomplete. You are not alone here. This forum has benefited from the expertise and compassion of Walid Saleh, M.D., a longtime INCIID professional member and fertility specialist at Dallas Fertility Center, whose contributions to our community have helped countless patients navigate these complex diagnoses.

Male Infertility
Male factor infertility affects nearly half of all couples struggling to conceive, yet it is often the last thing discussed and the least talked about. Whether you are dealing with low sperm count, motility issues, hormonal factors, or an unexplained diagnosis, this forum is a space for open and supportive conversation — for men, for partners, and for anyone navigating this part of the journey together. INCIID was first to publish (for consumers) one of the earliest patient-facing explanations of ICSI, written by the world-renowned scientists who pioneered the procedure in the USA — Micromanipulation Techniques: New Hope for Male Factor Infertility by Drs. Marc Goldstein, Zev Rosenwaks, of Cornell NYC and Linda F. Davey.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
PCOS is one of the most common yet frequently misunderstood causes of infertility, affecting millions of women worldwide. This forum is a place to ask questions, share experiences, and find support from others navigating this complex diagnosis. We recommend starting with this essential PCOS resource by world-renowned PCOS expert Samuel Thatcher, M.D., Ph.D., author of PCOS: The Hidden Epidemic — considered essential reading for anyone affected by PCOS. This forum has also benefited from the expertise of Shaun Christopher Williams, M.D., a dedicated INCIID professional member and fertility specialist at Illume Fertility.

IVF Questions
The INCIID IVF Questions Forum offers a calm, trusted alternative to the social media free-for-all—where questions about IVF are met with thoughtful, informed responses, not noise or judgment.
In a moderated, respectful environment, patients and experienced voices come together to share real insights, ask meaningful questions, and support one another with empathy and clarity. Here, the focus isn’t on who’s loudest or fastest—it’s on providing accurate information, civil discourse, and a space where every question is treated with the care it deserves; A tradition INCIID has always held dear.

Evaluating Sources

Tell us how you evaluate your sources. Evaluating information encourages you to think critically about the reliability, validity, accuracy, authority, timeliness, point of view or bias of information sources.
Just because your social media feed, an article, or website your found tells a story or tale, doesn't mean the information passed along is a reliable source.
Misinformation can harm or even kill you. Where do you get your information and how do you source it or do you source it? And why or Why not?

Humane Technology & Civility in the Digital Age
There Are Real People Behind Every Device and Screen
Humane Technology is a movement and initiative dedicated to aligning technology to human needs rather than exploiting human vulnerabilities for profit.
Most for profit organizations and companies set up their business model to extort your private information for profit. Many companies are not socially responsible to the consumers who drive their economics. We understand there are real people behind every device and screen.
INCIID added humane technology to our mission beyond just information to help build your family. INCIID aims to provide benefits to users and society without causing cognition overload, promotion of anxiety, discord and disinformation. And we provide it for free.
