    I am up 1.25 lbs this week. It is very frustrating. I'll lose a little, gain a little. I'm pretty much hovering around the same weight. I ate well last week. I worked out at home every day, went to the gym once, and went ice skating yesterday. I'm not sure what is going on.

    This week will probably be tough for food, but good for exercising.

    I feel the same. I lost 2 pounds this week, but had gained 1.6 last week, so it is a bit of a yo-yo thing of late. I really need to stay focused on better eating most of the time. I think I just needed a break from this year-long "diet". So January wasnt the great month I was hoping for. Every day this month has been an internal battle to stay away from junk and many days I went with the junk.

    This week was much better and I'm determined to make 2012 the year I reach goal.

      In the same boat here... had a great week, food and exercise wise, but was down just .2 at WI. AF did show up that morning, so I was bloated and crampy and miserable - here's hoping this week is a better week.

      I am hoping that I reach my goal weight by mid-February - 3 lbs. to go, that should be attainable.

        I had a good week, thanks to the arrival of my period. I was down 2.5 lbs, after only a .5 loss last week. I've lost a total of 8 lbs in 4 weeks of WW, so I'm feeling very good about it.

        I can't get over how quickly and easily I have changed my habits. I'm reaching for the fruit all the time now, where I never cared for it before. I'm not craving any salty snacks at all - they don't even look good to me. I do save up a couple of points each day to have a few hershey's kisses with my after dinner herbal tea -I look forward to that.

          Did pretty well, lost another 1.8 pounds this week for a total of 5 pounds in 2weeks. Considering I ate b-day cake at two different parties, I am happy. I need to figure out a more long lasting breakfast as I feel that will help me not feel hungry as the day wears on. I am eating much healthier than I have in a long time. Lots of veggies, salad ( spring mix with spinach) and fruit. miss my buttered popcorn but my work suits are already fitting better. Hoping I can stick with it for the long haul.
