Democrats say they've selected a nominee to run in former New York Rep. Eric Massa's district, but they're not announcing the candidate's name just yet. Steuben County Democratic Chairman Shawn Hogan says the decision will be unveiled in the next two days. Gov. David Paterson has yet to decide whether he will call a special election to replace Massa or allow the seat to remain vacant until the November general election.
