I am sending flowers from PNO.

I know we all want to do something as a united group and time is short. I will send a huge arrangement for the services from PNO. I'd love to hear suggestions as to the type if anyone has thoughts on a certain flower that Alison has mentioned in the past or a particular meaning of certain flower...

I have heard time and time again that flowers are lovely, but ultimately can be wasteful if there are too many. So rather than anyone else send flowers (since this will be from us all) I suggest everyone focus on gifts that will help Alison, David and Hayley directly.

Here are the flowers we are sending...


This magnificent wreath offers
a heartfelt expression of sympathy.
Heart-shaped wreath is composed of
lavender roses and button pompons,
along with purple tulips, carnations,
and daisy pompons. It's finished beautifully
with deep pink heather and a lovely lilac bow.



I chose this for two reasons. The name Heartfelt Sympathies Wreath captures PNO's feelings and because I think Alison, Hayley, and David will like the lavendar heart.

It's all set ;-) so all funds should go to the

Alison fund (which is still in brainstorming mode, I think ).

When I ordered the arrangement, they didn't have the lavendar roses in stock, so they are going to use white and pink...gosh I hope it turns out as pretty as the photo!
