After transfer...

How easy do you take it after transfer? I know I'll have to rest for an hour or two at the hospital but do you resume normal activity when you get home? I can't even remember what I did last time... Can I do normal housecleaning like vaccuming and washing the floor? Can I exercise? Take a walk for exercise?

When I did my first IVF and FET, I was on 5 days bedrest afterwards. I wasn't allowed to do anything...but that was 3 years ago. The latest one I did (ending in Nov.) was 2 days full bedrest and then nothing crazy until you get the results of the beta. So, no vacuuming or anything too stressful or heavy...

Doctors seem to have different rules about this depending on your situation...so I'd check with them, too.

I definitely will ask the doctor -- I just wish I remembered what I did last time! I will for sure *take it easy* but that can mean one thing to one person and something else to someone else. I need clear guidelines! I really hope my doctor doesn't suggest bedrest -- I don't really want to do that.
