Micro-IVF or IVM (Invitro Maturation)??? I've been researching so much it makes my head spin. We only have tubal issues as both of my tubes have been removed due to Ectopics so not sure what route to take. We have also considered trying IVF abroad. We have a time share in Mexico and the cost there is less than half of what it cost for IVF in the US just afraid if something where to go wrong. I am currently doing a Nov 29th IVF cycle @ Sher Dallas. I too had both tubes removed 6 years ago but time is not on my side I am almost 38. I know Annette is doing a micro cycle with Sher and the only difference is less meds and less eggs retrieved. I am going with a more aggressive approach hoping that they will implant 4 eggs hoping for twins.

Good Luck Leslie my DH is from the Dallas area so still have family there. We had thought about doing a round there if it was cheaper than Ohio.
