  • My honest Mason Pearson brush review - day one (m) ...

After reading for YEARS about this brush on PNO, I finally caved and spent the money. $86.50 for a brush ... dh thought I was nuts, but went along with it because hair-brushing in my house with my 3 dd's is a complete nightmare (especially for my oldest dd with the longest hair). I was beginning to think I was nuts too.

Brush came yesterday ... unfortunately, I had to wait for my dd's to come home to try it (my parents took them out to dinner). As soon as they got home, I tried it out on older dd. She hadn't brushed her hair all day. I was shocked ... brush went through it like she had no hair. It was INSANE. I thought it was a fluke ... I said let's wait until the morning which is always the worst time. As soon as she got up this morning, she ran in to my room with the brush. Again, brush went right through her hair. Not a moan, not a whine, nothing!! It even left her hair shiny and silky. How is that possible? Is it really magic? I think it must be!!! Dd is screaming "OMG ... the brush ROCKS!!!" We tried it on my little 2 dds ... same result. Beautiful hair, no whining, no crying!!

So, I am now ordering a 2nd one (LOL!). I need one for my twins to share ... too tough for all 3 to share one brush. So, add this to the list of the Dyson, Magic Erasers, and all the other wonderful things I never would have bought without the ladies of PNO!!!

If you are considering this brush and didn't want to spend the money, GO FOR IT!! You will not be sorry!

      Which one did you buy?

My dd's hair is a nightmare. It's always tangly. Even right after it's washed and we've used conditioner. Drives me nuts!!!

We have had ours for a week and its been amazing. Dd does it herself and her hair comes out beautifully with no screams.

It was a lot of money but thankfully dh didn't ask.

I think it's called the "Junior" size, but it's really a misnomer. The brush is definitely a full-size brush. They are just comparing it to the really huge one they have called the Popular (BN1) which is about an inch longer.

I love the pocket size. I have one as do each of my three girls. And it's easy to throw into a purse, dance bag, etc.

                So glad!!

We have had ours for at least a couple of years...I bought it the last time PNO was proclaiming the miraculousness of the brush and it is a wonderful thing! Glad it was great for all 3 of your girls!! It totally made a change in Maddie's hair (and personal hair care).

If only every struggle could be solved with an $86.50 product. I consider it one of the best parenting purchases I've made.

I told some moms today about the brush and the cost

I thought they were all going to fall on the floor. But you know what we will have it a long long time. Or at least we better have it a long time.
