Hi,
I just read an article written by Dr. Sher, ( Viagra and the Endometrial Lining, posted on this site) in which he states,:
*** "Over-exposure of endometrial cells to increased testosterone production (as might occur in all such cases (especially when high doses of LH-containing gonadotropins are administered, reduces endometrial receptivity to estrogen. "
This article was written a few years ago, so I'm wondering if this still holds true. In other words, can a medication like menopur, when given in higher doses, reduce endometrial receptivity to estrogen? If so, is the solution to reduce menopur and add another med, like follistim, for ex? My e2 levels were fine, but lining a bit thin (6.5).
Thanks very much,
Sophie
