Kentucky Senate candidate Rand Paul is up with a fresh ad defending his foreign-policy credentials and ripping his primary opponent, GOP Secretary of State Trey Grayson, for once having supported President Bill Clinton. The spot describes Clinton as a "draft dodger" and also quotes Grayson, who was a Democrat before switching parties in 1994, saying he would "look forward to doing my part as secretary of state and, as a citizen, of working with President Obama."
