Former Gov. Jerry Brown, who announced Tuesday that he's running again in 2010, said in a video introducing his candidacy that he's seen state government "from every angle," and "it's no secret that Sacramento isn't working today." Brown, who also appeared last night on "Larry King Live," pledged in his video to get people to "work together as Californians first."
