Following her defeat in this week's primary for governor of Texas, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison hasn't yet addressed questions about whether and when she'll follow through on her pledge to resign from the Senate. The Dallas Morning News reports: "In Washington, her resignation would give Democrats a brief shot at regaining their Senate supermajority.
