Rep. Leonard Boswell files for reelection, ending months of speculation that he might hang up his spurs. The Des Moines Register reports: "His 2008 campaign manager, Grant Woodard, has remained on his campaign staff. Recently, he brought on a finance director. 'I hope that puts it to rest. The story keeps popping up in D.C.,' Boswell said."
