Kansas state Sen. Dick Kelsey suspended his campaign for the GOP's House nomination in the 4th Congressional District Friday, citing his wife's health problems. "I will devote all my energy to my work in the state Senate and in working through a family health issue," said Kelsey, who was endorsed by Mike Huckabee for the seat left vacant by Rep. Todd Tiahrt's decision to run for Senate.
