Republican Iowa state Rep. Rod Roberts is vacating his House seat to focus on his long-shot campaign for the GOP nomination for governor. "I'm all in," Roberts said, while acknowledging his underdog status: "There are just too many interesting dynamics among the electorate to rule out a surprise candidate doing well."
