Berg wins GOP nod against Pomeroy

State Rep. Rick Berg has won the endorsement of the North Dakota Republican Party to challenge nine-term Democratic Congressman Earl Pomeroy this fall.Berg defeated Public Service Commissioner Kevin Cramer by over a two-to-one margin, winning 972 votes to Cramer's 442 at the party's convention in Grand Forks.
