Democratic state Senate President Colleen Hanabusa is out with the first television ads of her special election bid to replace Democratic Rep. Neil Abercrombie. In one spot, she touts her record of supporting campaign finance and education reform and pledges, if elected, to: "Cut waste ... create jobs ... and take on the special interests determined to stand in the way of President Obama."
