Williams goes up in Pennsylvania

State Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams is running a biographical ad introducing himself to Democratic primary voters in the Pennsylvania governor race, spotlighting his record on property taxes, school choice and job creation. Williams joined the race late but "is expected to report close to $2 million" raised, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.
