Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Barney Frank is flatly denying rumors -- spread by conservative talker Laura Ingraham on Twitter -- that he's thinking of retiring at the end of his current term. Frank called it a "false story," saying: "She made no attempt to verify whether or not this is true -- which it is not." The House Financial Services chairman said his supporters were already collecting signatures for his reelection bid.
