Florida Rep. Alan Grayson raised over $800,000 for the second consecutive quarter, bringing his cash-on-hand total to $1.5 million. If it's possible for the firebrand freshman Democrat to buy reelection, Grayson -- who also has substantial personal wealth at his disposal -- will likely be able to outbid his challengers handily.
