Is IVF New Jersey Going Out of Business?

My next door neighbor is a good friend of a woman who had worked at IVF New Jersey until a few weeks ago. She told my friend that she was now looking for a new job because IVF New Jersey was being bought up by RMA New Jersey. I have a friend who is now a patient at IVF New Jersey intending to do egg donation. I asked her whether she had been told by IVF New Jersey that they were being bought up by RMA New Jersey. She said that IVF New Jersey had not said anything about this to her. My next door neighbor's friend who had worked at IVF New Jersey told my next door neighbor that one of the reasons she is looking for a new job is that when RMA takes over IVF New Jersey, the people at IVF New Jersey will be moved to the main headquarters of RMA in Basking Ridge. Right now, my neighbor's friend works in Somerset NJ and she does not want to commute to Basking Ridge. When I asked my friend who is doing egg donation at IVF New Jersey whether she would do her ED procedure if she had to travel to Basking Ridge she was not sure. Has anyone heard about whether it is true that IVF New Jersey will be bought by RMA New Jersey and if it is true, does anyone know when this will happen?
