Cause for chemical pgs?

Hi Dr. Roseff,

I am going to try and keep this short but my most complicated history goes like this,

29yo history of uterine septum(resected), stage III endo mostly on ovaries(removed), questionable non-IR PCOS(AFC >30, annov, hair issues, normal BMI).
DH has super sperm according to RE

Two IUIs both failed, second ending with 5 very large hemorrhagic cysts.
Three IVFs at ER had between 9-13 eggs and 70% natural fert.
transferred, 2-8cells first IVF - chemical
3-8cells second IVF - chemical (2frozen)
4-8cells and morulas third IVF - Chemical/ectopic(2froz)
I went to a very large practice in S. FL and they just said "it wasn't my time to get pg" and they could not tell me why.

I got a second opnion in miami and had immunological w/u done but the blood was drawn the day after my mtx shot for the ectopic....so I was currently pg. All results normal except comp hetero MTHFR and borderline aniti cardiolipins

So here is the question.....
Were the immuno test results inaccurate b/c I was pg and had just had the mtx shot?

Is the only thing to do is to take dexamethasone, lovenox, folgard with the FET?
Just looking for some direction...I know what you can tell me is limited.

We are not planning to do the FET soon as we are currently waiting to adopt.....but will be doing it within the next 2years.

Thank you for replying so quickly.

I did get my first RE to order a thrombophilia panel and protein C and S levels before my third IVF (although she only did it to appease me....she clearly didn't want to do it or thought the results were not going to tell us anything). That was approximately 8 weeks after my second IVF/chemical pg.

The other tests I had done in Miami were Reproductive immunophenotype, Embryotoxicity assay, Antiphospholipid Antibodies. These were the ones ordered the day after the MTX shot....and in the midst of the m/c. I had tried to look up info on the tests not being accurate b/c of the impending m/c and the shot but couldn't find any info. I would've like to have them repeated but they cost 800 dollars....


We certainly will come and have a third opinion/record review with you before we do our FET. Since it will be our last shot at concieving a biological child.
