  • Tubal Reversal

I had a tubal reversal in '08 and had a HSG to find that one of my tubes is blocked. I have one tube 4.5 open..Would it be possible to get pregnant with only one tube at that length?

Should I do anything different to get pregnant as far as trying meds or etc. ?

    Hi,

Yes, it's possible to become pregnant with a 4.5 cm "normal" fallopian tube.

As far as trying something to become pregnant, talk to a board certified RE about options such as "superovulation/IUI" vs. IVF.

    Good luck!

      Tubal reversal

I would like to have and tubal reversal done as soon as possible I am so angry that I listend to now my divorced husband to have this done. I have met this wonderful person who has no kids and now wants some. I only have a 1000 to put down I am hoping the Dr. who will be completeing this and except the rest in installments. I am hoping and praying. Do you think this is acceptable.

        Hi,

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking me -- If you're asking whether or not a doctor would do surgery on an "installment plan", you would need to ask the doctor (since I'm not that doctor). I wish you the very best in your pursuit!
