Antidepressants Medications- Is Paxil Safe?

I've been on Paxil and Klonopin for a few years. I've been working with a psychiatrist to ween off the Klonopin, but she still wants me to stay on an Antidepressant, either Paxil or Zoloft. I know my reaction to Paxil, however I don't know about Zoloft. Is Paxil safe when pregnant?

I actually feel pretty good and don't want to use any, but due to my history she suggests that I do stay on it because my hormone levels will fluctuate.
