I got pregnant with identical twins from a fresh IVF cycle (in 2009- i was 37 years old). One embryo was left and frozen. The quality of that embryo is 6 BA. Is this good a embryo? What are my chances at getting prefnat using that frozen embryo? Unknown reason for infertility. Thank you.

Hi,
Most of our embryos are 8 cells on day 3. Just like in school, "A" is usually designated as very good, and "B" usually means good. So, an "AB" is between excellent and good. Your odds of pregnancy with a frozen embryo will depend on a LOT of different things, and I don't know those things about you (or the center you used for IVF). Ask them what their frozen embryo transfer pregnancy rates are at their particular center. Ours rival our fresh rates (excellent, and we freeze on day 5 or 6 as blastocysts), but the success rate will very from center to center and depends on a LOT of different factors.
Good luck!
