slow down stim time with lower dose

Hi Dr. Roseff,

If you lowered the dose from 450 to 300 iu of fsh meds, would you expect a slower stim time, fewer follicles at trigger, or both? (I'm hoping to slow the stim time, but not reduce # of follicles.)

Hi Sophie,

I would expect a slower stim time in general, and maybe fewer follicles, but it depends on many factors such as the woman's age, antral follicle count, and baseline AMH level.
