Dr Fisch / Dr Sher . I am 34 yrs old , husband has good sperm parameters except borderline morphlogy which I am told does not matter as he has great counts . We were unexplained until our first IVF which we did in Dallas . It was a long lupron cycle , I had 11 eggs , 10 mature , 3 fertilised without ICSI , day 2 were struggling to divide , lots of fragmentation , cycle turned out negative . I consulted and moved onto CCRM for our second IVF . This time we did an antagonist cycle with cetrotide since I had severe joint pains with lupron , 17 eggs , 16 mature , 12 fertilised with ICSI , day 3 transferred 3 , two were 7celled with no fragmentation , one 7celled with 10% fragmentation , just had a negative test . What should I do now ? What are the chances for a person like me having a baby . What percentage of women my age with poor quality embryos go on to have babies? I know CCRM does not believe in coculture , do you think it will help ? Please help me .

I think your problems are mostly related to the specific type of stimulation you received. If you contact me directly I would be happy to review your case with you in more detail. We have a different approach that may improve the quality of the eggs you make.
