I am 32 my husband is 34. I had a tubal ligation when I was 22. We have been seeing Dr. Sami Jabarra in Lubbock, Texas for over a year now. We are both very healthy and have no issues with semen analysis or FSH etc. We have undergone 2 complete cycles of IVF and both have failed. On both cycles I have responded well and had 22/18 eggs retrieved. I have a proven history of being able to conceive with 4 children and we are unsure of what to do now. Is there anything else that could be an issue that we are unawar of? What else can we do? We have no fertility insurance coverage and we are paying out of pocket. This will be our last cycle for financial reasons and want to try everything we can this time.

My guess is there is still a good chance we can make IVF work for you. We often see this kind of response in patients who tend tomake a lot of eggs. If you contact me directly, I would be happy to review your case with you in more detail. Then I will be able to make specidfic recommendations.
