How important is antral follicle count & should it be done b/f you start bcps/lupron or b/f you start stims? I'm asking b/c I'll be starting estrogen after my LH surge this cycle & they did not do a scan on day3. At some point you have to check to make sure there are no cysts right? thanks

A scan is not critical as long as a basal estrogen is low.
