My background....I am 37, my husband is 39, and we have been TTC for five years....have done clomid numerous cycles, five ofwich we partnered with IUI with no success...I did have only one tube blocked, then neither appeared blocked, then apparently both are now blocked. We have started IVF numerous times....the first time was withbcp follistim and menopur and lupron...no response-cancelled
Second time was with bcp, ganirelix, gonal f and menopur-slow response-cancelled
Third time was with bcp, lupron, gonal f and menopur and we got 7 eggs, 5 fertilized (ICSI) and we transferred 3--negative test
Fourth time we tried letrazole, with gonal f and menopur...one egg got to 20 mm before the rest-cancelled
Now we are on our fifth try and my b/w yesterday was estradiol was 55...question is can it catch up and make a normal cycle?

    Thanks for any advice!

It is too early in the stim to say how you will do. If the protocol is similar to those you describe, I am concerned that even if you do end up making follicles, that they may result in abnormal eggs. We would use a different approach for stimulation. If you contact me directly, I would be happy to review yor case and our approach with you in more detail.
