Sore Uterus

I did my embryo transfer a week ago. Now I am getting mild cramps like a period and my lower Abs feel like I've done a million sit-ups except it looks a bit puffy. I am wondering what is the cause of this. My embryos looked poor so I don't think I am pregnant.

This type of cramping is usually from enlareged ovaries as a result of the stimulation medication.
