Dear Doctors,
I am turning 40 in 2 month. During my last protocol I have got 225 IU Merional and 75 IU Fostimon. Before I had a 3 week downregulation with lupron and a BCP the same time. I had more then 10 follicles, but of very different sizes. I am trying to understand your estrogen priming protocol which might help against it: you are starting with some (how many?) days of lupron, menstruation starts, then switch to the antagonist (how much?), then 10 days of estrogen (how much) and then start with the stimulation. How much of FSH and LH would you give? At which size of the follicles would you trigger? Would you use estrogen after egg retrievel?
