  • Anyone have any good, fun dvds they use?(M)

I run 3 times a week, and do Pilates, but I am looking for something to mix it up a little... any dvd's you all really enjoy? I might consider a class too, but it's nice to be able to do some exercise at home, even once or twice a week.

My sister does Walk Away the Pounds, and she loves it. I have an old Cindy Crawford video, but it's just okay. I don't like step stuff or too much kicking (like Tae Bo).

    Thoughts?

    THANKS!

Don't laugh but I used to LOVE

my old Gilaad (sp??) videos!!! I liked that they were on the beach and he just CRACKED me up with his little motivators..."I can feel those mighty abs!!!" Sad to say I haven't found any that I enjoyed as much as his and since they were VHS I don't use them anymore.

Oh I can't believe you can watch those. I just cringe when I see him.

Well I'm currently addicted to my Wii Fit but I also really like the walk away the pounds series. It works different muscles than you would either just walking or running. Its really more like low impact aerobics.

feel like all work with no dancey stuff. LOL! Or maybe that cracking up at the things he says makes it go fast. I have some old VHS tapes that I taped OVER 20 years ago in college that I've kept around forever!
