I added up what the 6 week body makeover is telling me to eat. It adds up to only 900 calories!
The trick is that it has me eating constantantly, which is beyond a pain, but the result is that I'm NEVER hungry. Even then, I've been adding things up in my head and thinking it didn't seem like 1200 calories, so this morning I got online to add things and confirmed it is only 900.
The food is very healthy and very balanced (fruits/veggies/lean meats), the plan recommended some speacial variations for me that I agree with (more carbs and some salt), 6 meals a days, but the calories are lower than I've used in the past. Although, I admit, since the twins I've tried a 1200 calories diet and it never seemed to work.
I'll probably bump up the complex carbs a bit to bring up the calories, especially since I'm starting to work out again. We'll see what happens! I'm babbling now cause I'm in rush. Later!
