I got on the scale and it was 141.Previously I was holding at 138 the last time I got on.
I can't eat anything I want and not exercise and expect to not gain weight.Oh well.
I decided I was done being sick after 4 weeks. I did 30 min on the TM today - a bit slower then normal but a good workout.

Can I join? I got on the scale today and lost 1.5pds
my first week! That's the good news.
The bad news is that last Friday the scale showed a loss of 2.5pds. I think I gained back a pound because I started running this weekend and ran both Saturday and Sunday. Today I'm very sore, so I'm sure my muscles are holding water. The decreased loss surely CAN'T be because I cheated on my diet Fri, Sat. and Sun! LOL! Running made me so hungry!

And of course, the new meds are making me loopy which doesn't help may ablity to function in my daily tasks.

Haven't actually weighed myself...
Well not entirely true...I don't have a scale at home but I weighed myself on the scale at work (hospital) in September and the number was shocking to me, even after I mentally adjusted for clothing, shoes, name tag, stethascope and bladder full of coffee. Somehow, the number just didn't make sense with how I feel, but how can you doubt a hospital scale? It's all that muscle right?
Anyway, the exercise program is going well. I swim with Masters Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and then try to do pilates/yoga and/or run in the off days. I definitely feel better and have more energy, so it's been worth it so far.
