5 day cleanse

I am going to be helping to run a 5 day cleanse group next week. The group is led by Kate Northrup Moller who is the daughter of Dr. Christiane Northrup. When I did the cleanse myself a few weeks ago, I lost 6 pounds and it hasn't come back on. And, I was never hungry.
