    I hope my eating is good today. I'm getting serious about it now!

    I already ran 3 miles and worked out for an hour with my trainer today! I LOVE having my workout done before 9!

    I did pretty good today! I could still do much better overall. Tomorrow is WW weigh in, and it'll be 4th week of no change (well, maybe like .2 or a .4 up or down, but I don't figure that means anything besides what I recently drank or what I'm wearing or not wearing).

    My goal is to be onsistent for an entire week so I"m actually down something next tuesday.

      I have got to figure this out! Getting up at 6am is so hard for me, but clearly it is the ONLY way this is going to work. So that's what I have to do.

      So today's 0 in exercise and what gives me a 5 in motivation. My eating wasn't bad, but not as good as it should be.

      Here's to a better day tomorrow.

        I had a very good but very busy day! All I can say is Yoplait light yogurt is my saving grace!

          The time of day to exercise...Ahh that is my problem, too! I want to get up to exercise but I want to sleep more. I need to get up early and exercise but I am so tired and feeling sick by 9pm that I don't think I can get up earlier to exercise. DH keeps saying I'll feel great (he gets us and runs at 5am everyday)...that remains to be seen! So, I feel your pain!
