    My eating is just terrible. I'm doing an hour of pilates at 10. My motivation is obviously not there since I can't control my eating. Help!!!

    I'm fine until about 4 when the kids get home and the chaos begins.... I think I eat at night to soothe myself into a sleep coma.. :-(

    I guess I should always give myself a 10 for exercise if I complete what I planned to do.

    Eating is kind of a free for all today. I always do that on weigh-in days. Bad! I know. I had no change at weigh-in. So, 4 weeks with no change. I feel very motivated to track my food and cut out the junk this week for a loss next week though.

      I used to do this.. and I should probably start doing it again. I'd figure out my dinner, and fix half of it to eat around 4-5pm, then eat the rest around 7 with dh. For years we lived on microwave meals (I'd buy SmartOnes) and so I'd microwave one a little bit, scoop out half and save it in the fridge till 7, and microwave the rest with like 2 cups of vegetables and eat that as my early dinner. Then do the same with the rest and vegetables with dh later. It worked great!

      Another idea is eat a light hot dog (1 point) on a light bun (1 point) with sourkraut to make it more filling. Or I'd do a veggie burger (1 point) on a light bun or a whole wheat english muffin (1 point) for a more substantial snack - like a little meal around 4pm.

          I think logging in is worth more than 1...

          the good thing is we get a chance to start again every day!!!!

          I'm actually starting a 10 day detox in the morning.. it's a 5 day fast drinking shakes and then you add back for over the next 5 days. I did one in May. Hopefully it will jump start my weight loss and give me some control again.

          I ate a burger and fries for dinner with a beer in preparation. <g>
