  • 10-9 Eating/Exercise/Motivation

    Yeah.. today is a rest day!!!! I usually take off fridays as my rest day every week. That said, I'll probably do a stretch video at some point because my body is achey this morning.

    I joined weight watchers online yesterday. I need focus for my food. Thanks for that reminder fatcat to set goals. I'm going to fight these 40 pounds (I'd settle for 30) 10 pounds at a time.

    Hopefully my eating will be on plan today = 10
    My exercise is a 10 by default <G>
    My motivation is a 10+ today. I really want to lose 10 pounds by thanksgiving. (7 weeks away)

    Exercised early today and feel great.

    Eating -- well, I should be ok today and am motivated to do my best, but am invited out tonight with a bunch of women at a Mexican restaurant. I know I want the steak fajita salad and I doubt it is the lowest calorie option but I've had it before and love it and the place makes stuff fairly light and fresh and if I can skip the cheese and sour cream and only have a little guacamole, I think I'm fine. I don't drink so that is no problem. I'm going to see if I can restrain myself on the chips and salsa and if I do that, I'll consider the day a 10. The place has no desert options - yeah!

    Awesome joining WW, Bonnie! I really like it. If you track everything you eat, I think that makes all the difference.
