  • 10-10 Eating/Exercise/Motivation

    I guess I"m an 8 / 6/ 9 today

    Eating, I think I'm fine, but I did eat two brownies.

    Exercise - I just wasn't with it today and could hardly jog. I'm going to take a rest day tomorrow. I'm supposed to run a 10k on monday.

    Motivation - feel pretty motivated. I want to do good the rest of the day an not let the brownies send me down the wrong path.

    Also, I went out last night with a bunch of girls and I was so planning for yummy food, but turns out everyone else ate and had drinks only. So, I was probably under my calories - yeah! But I did have 2 drinks and I almost never drink. Maybe that was why I could hardly exercise this morning.

    I mostly made good food choices today.

    We did a 2.5 mile family walk this morning, picked apples and then stacked firewood this afternoon.. it feels good to be out and moving around effortlessly.

    I wish managing the food was as easy as the exercise!
