    Rest day for exercise.

    Eating, pretty good, I think, but I haven't been tracking it, so I hope I'm not inadvertently over doing it. We are going to a party so I have no idea what the food will be. I hope I don't get into chips or something! I think I can stay on plan.

    And the kicker, I am supposed to run a 10k tomorrow and am 99.9% sure I registered for it and am carpooling with friends to get there tomorrow. I drove in to a store in Boston to get my number but they can't find me. I'm all like, "I know I registered!" So they set me up with a number, I get my t-shirt... I go home and search around on-line because I have a user name and password with the registration site, and nope! I never paid!

    So, 1) if I'd known I never registered I'd have totally skipped the race tomorrow, 2) I feel like an idiot for complaining till they gave me a free number, and 3) now I have to go and feel obliged to pay when I get there!

      Today was a rest day. My food was ON PLAN! yeah... and I feel motivated for tomorrow. I have a 3 mile run and then an hour with my trainer tomorrow.
