    There are not enough points in a day!!!!

    I want to eat sugar.. it's been 4 days for me.. not a huge accomplishment for some but I have a hard time with sugar. When I start eating it, it takes me weeks to give it up again. The longest I've gone is 8 months. It's amazing what they put sugar into these days.

    Meanwhile.. I'm sticking to my plan. Had a tough workout this morning for 1 1/2. My ankle hurts running. My shins hurt running. I hate the elliptical...

    So, I continue to put one foot in front of the other even if I have attitude doing it!

    I think I'm an 8 / 8 / 8 today.

    Good workout -- I'm purposely not working out as hard as I used to. I think I was really over doing it, so now it's hard to compare and say I had a great workout since I used to judge the quality of exercise by the fact that I passed out on the sofa for an hour.

    Eating is good considering I went to the supermarket and stocked up. I did eat a Fiber One bar - which is pretty candy like if you ask me. I'm making chicken and couscous and green beans for dinner.

    Motivation is pretty high. I want to find something to journal with tonight (have a zillion notebooks and such around the house) and plan out several days worth of food so I don't get into the snacks for a week.

    Am still bummed no woman I know will spend money on group personal training. I must have really different priorities because I'd spend the money easily, but you should see how dilapidated my house is getting and how shabby my furniture and clothes are! Yet, all the women I asked have pretty nice cars and nice clothes and designer handbags... makes me wonder if most people go for glitz on the outside only.
