    eating very well, good run this morning at the gym then abs, very motivated. Hope it sticks through the weekend!

    Tomorrow is my last day of the week for weight watchers and I have 8.5 points left with another 25 activity points. I'm amazed how much work it takes to manage all those points!

    I walked today.. tomorrow is a running day...

    Motivation is high because I'm thinking about how I'm going to look 10 pounds from now.
