    eating is ok, but a bunch of Oreos just slipped in! At least I have dinner planned already, so that is good!

    Ok workout, kinda not all that with it this morning.

    Motivation is high, but those Oreos are still calling.

    Maybe we should just do this in email.. looks like we are down to just you and me, fatcat.

    Today is the last day of my first week on weight watchers. I did really well so far. I still have a lot of weekly points and 25 activity points.

    I'm about to go for a run.

    Taking it a day at a time is really working for me right now.. I hope it lasts!

      awesome job on your first week! I"m sure you'll see a big loss!

      I was doing great until the washing machine broke -- i think it's the same part a guy fixed before. He said he can be here Monday to fix it again. But in the mean time, I just went to a laundromat and did 5 loads of laundry AND ate a bag of Jelly Belly jellybeans... well, at least that was the fastest 5 loads of laundry I've ever done in my life!
