    I want to eat candy. Or brownies. Or something...

    I am doing WW online. Today was weigh day for me. I lost 6 pounds this first week! Yeah.. Only 40 more to go..

    I wish I could say this was a breeze. I'm finding it very hard not to use food to soothe me emotionally.

    My walk was good today. Tomorrow is running and weight training. I know I will love how I feel afterwards but ugh.. I already know how hard it's going to be while I'm doing it.. ugh.. I want this to be easy!

    Awesome!! Great job!

    If you are very diligent, you can easily lose 2 pounds a week. I used to be religious about tracking my points, but I'd save my extra 35 and use them to go out to eat on Saturday. I'd still do my best to order sensibly and avoid fried food, not get drinks or skip dessert, but I could still have a nice splurge once a week.

    I think I did good this week - weigh in is tomorrow. But I thought I've been doing good for weeks with no loss. I haven't been tracking -- just trying to keep track in my head, so I know this is where the problem lies!

    I had a great run this morning.

    I feel very motivated! I have to get a few things at the supermarket, and if I can get only what I need and not treats, it should be a good day!

    Also, when I weigh-in tomorrow I'm going to raise my goal back up. I'm kinda thinking of 128 instead of 130 though... I'll see what the leader suggests.
