    eating = 9 I'm still eating too many points but I haven't gone crazy yet.

    exercise = 8 I did 45 minutes on the eliiptical but I don't like it as much as running but I have to rest my foot.. the pain isn't going away. It doesn't hurt with the bike or elliptical.

    motivation = ??? Must be okay because I am still sticking to it but it feels like I'm holding on by a thread.. luckily I like fruit a vegetables.. lots of food for few points.
