  • 10-22 update

    I have eaten breakfast before exercising 2 days in a row and I think it is the way to go - much easier to avoid snacks later on.

    Not much else new to report on...

    stop the insanity..

    I know I shouldn't have taken that first bite.. I've been eating sugar for 2 days now.. my points are blown for the week.. my activity points aren't even saving me. But I'm ready to put up the white flag.. I've got to get back on track now!

    To top it all off I have to not run for 1-2 weeks because of a foot injury caused by the running. That said, I know I can do the elliptical starting monday.

    I wish this was easier for me!!!
