    I have a run today and an hour with my trainer. I haven't worked out in 10 days due to an ankle injury and then the flu. Still not breathing great. I'm excited to get back to the gym. My food was great yesterday.. my motivation is high.

    another rest day for me because my ds is home with strep throat. I'm snorting Zicam because I think I might be getting a cold! Only exercise will be house cleaning today.

    I started off with a good breakfast and have a plan for the day... it'll be interesting to see how it goes with halloween candy up on the shelf! But it is only kid candy, so I should feel like a jerk for eating their candy, right? I put all our leftover candy in dh's car last night.

    Overall motivation is high. I *think* I can even have a loss for tomorrow's weigh-in. I did eat candy Sat night and yesterday, but not a huge amount, and the rest of my meals were really sensible and on-points. If today goes well, I should be ok.
