    anyone still here?

    No workout today... still not sure about the half marathon tomorrow. I could get up and leave the house at 5am, get there in time for number pick up, run, be done by 10:30, drive home, probably be home before noon.

    I probably should do it. I haven't intently trained, so I'm interested in seeing what I can do. On the other hand, it means leaving dh home with sick dd, a really long drive for a workout and a free t-shirt. Also, high potential for me to be lured by fast food on the drive home. I don't know what to do.

    Frankly, I've been looking forward to this race being over because I really want to concentrate on weight lifting and dieting and lay low on the running for a while. And I should really up my swimming - haven't done any in weeks.

    Diet seems good for the week! I'm hoping to be down at weigh-in on Tuesday.

    my food is AWFUL!!!

    I really need to get myself under control... really... I need to cut out the sugar.. it is so hard for the first 3 or 4 days and then not so hard... I'm not gaining but I should be losing. Thankfully my exercise is at high speed and is compensating for the overeating at the moment anyway...

    Go run tomorrow. It will feel good!
