  • just had my weigh in after 1st week at WWs...

    down 6.6!

    Meals are planned for the week, roughly, but it helps.

    awesome!!!

    stick with it! The better one plans, the better one loses. Also, I find trying to avoid eating out at all costs helps a lot.

      Thanks, yes avoiding eating out helps a lot. But, if I have to, I've done the monthly pass at WWs and that gets me the etools and they have an awesome iPhone app. I keep track of all my points right on the phone, keeps me very accountable, no cheating!

      Yesterday I had a planned lunch w/ my SILs and MIL for my bday, so I went online to the restaurant we were going to and planned my lunch, then planned the rest of my day after that.

      Sunday I promised DS McDonald's for dinner, but instead of getting a Big Mac and fries, I got a salad w/ grilled chicken.

      I'm still having a hard time getting all my points in, just need to figure that out better.
