    I have a love/hate relationship with mine

    It was really good except for a few things (m)

    I already pay her twice a week for my dd, and she's a runner, she's the "perfect" fit for my dd. I had my session with her, and she knew I can do an hour on elliptical etc., she reocmmended i added intervals throughout the hour to bump that up a bit. She then added the following to strength training 3x week. She focused on a program working on the biggest muscle group as follows:

    1)25x2 abs on the balance ball
    2)leg lunges back and forth half way through the club...(form is key on that and so she was helpful on the form as my knees crunch I must have done them right and no knee pain, but pain in all the right places )
    3)Horizontal leg press circuit weight machine
    4) Hip extender circuit weight
    5)chest press cable (I like this because I can't favor one arm over another).
    6) Lat pull down cable
    7) Tricep extension
    Lastly the dreaded plank. OMG holding my weight for 30 seconds without losing form was HARD....
